I don't know the skilldata1 and skilldata2 are, and I only know the unit is what gives GC that weirdest attack shape ever, but that's enough to answer the question about GC and cards: no, cards do not boost it at all. You need flat atk or matk boost, or a theoretical custom gear that directly boosts GC damage that currently does not exist.
