I don't have any to sell (sorry) but I do have information: Faeheim's Botany Guild in Carandel City offers some alchemy services.

If you have 2 blue herbs, 1 empty potion bottle (npc buyable) and some zeny, you can create light blue potions, which are the same as a regular blue potion but have a weight of 1. There's a 60% success rate, which increases by 1% for every 100 fairy reputation points you get.

You can also craft small life potions by handing in 2 thorny seeds that drop from rose lif, 1 scoporia herb that drop from little ghosts, a monster in Prisma Cave, and some zeny.
