If you are disguised and you die in pvp everyone on the screen gets errored. If you are disguised as a homunc and you attack with a skill you see the dmg as crazy numbers (like 64kdmg) and it pops up twice. It's cool but doesn't actually do anything server side. Disguising yourself as an NPC can cause lots of trouble as well.
