SO much space with SO lil. what u can do

One thing i keep thinking about while play RO is how there are SOOOOO many maps and so much open space out there. that well....i honestly hate it. am thinking what can be done to make this something positive. well heres the basic idea. somewhere in each ?empty? map. add some kinda lil event. NPC some kinda speical quest to that map only. like take a map with nothing but monsters. not towns npcs nothing BORING.

add something anything. todo in each map. each giving a diffrent item. that would make exsploring alot more fun. and alot less meaningless
