Interesting idea. But I think your description ended up a bit confusing.
I personally had to read it over 2 times, and in the end I kind of gave up on understanding every bit of information. Not trying to be mean here, but... x_x
I just think the GMs would pay more attention to the suggestion if they could understand it without much effort.
