Problem with playing ANY server

Wow, yah, i am playing from a college. Its a campus internet, and is provided by the school, but it usually doesnt have any restrictions at all. I mean, if they do have blocked ports, i cant imagine why they would block Ragnarok. I dunno, my dad works for the college, ill try to ask him what type of internet it runs on.
