Migrate The Merchants and Shops To Izlude

You're allowed to set shop in other town yes. For now sidewalk rule does not apply aside from Prontera.

As for Izlude, I'd like to move the town invasion to a clone soon, so it doesn't interfere with the future swordy or anyone else passing through.
