If you mean nobility, theres a board north of the Prontera fountain that shows the ranks of nobility and who occupies them currently.

well nobility boards are strewn all across rune midgard, and the usual /taekwon, /blacksmith, and /alchemist should work properly...

dunno if there are any other long-term ranks, but right now there is the easter egg hunt rank...

anyway, customs info etc are in the forums and wiki.
