Hatter suggestion

Yea but oca has ALOT more bad cards then bad hatter hats....even buying 50 ocas you might not get a good card but with 50 hatters your bound to get something good.

The Hatter card list is quite enough to make both system as balanced.
Consider cards that are not Hatter AND bad (High Orc~~) to be a wrapped mask. Quite useless thing, isn't it ?

Besides, there's over 100 Hats in Hatter, which some are not that much in use. The only ones that comes in my mind are Wings of Victory, Adventurer's Hat, Side Ribbons, Flying angel ... Not that much of a good selection

That and it is possible (based on personal luck) to pull a lot of Good cards from OCA. My two attempts both ended horribly, but I saw a Screen Shot of someone pulling two Ghostring cards back to back. Odds, are very low of that actually happening but it did.

High Orc Cards aren't bad. Maybe not great but certainly nothing to sneeze at.

Also, I'm fine with it giving hats or Vouchers.

If you are referring to things such as Santa Poring, Matrim, it is because there are such a large amount of them.

And this is balanced out with a mildly difficult quest to attain it. OCAs are given through Events and some Drops as well as Fishing. Much easier to get than Hatter Voucher which right now I have no idea how to even get other than the mentioned way. Its like being able to stock pile the Hatter Quest and sell or use for a later date. The method used to get Hatter voucher is still much harder than the other as you need 5 .03% monster Drops.

I've gotten my hands on 3 since I started playing. None are Hatter. I did OCA a hatter though.


Those that stocked up on Hatters or have a bunch that don't sell would prolly benefit from this for a short period, but that would die down pretty fast.

The method used to get Hatter voucher is still much harder than the other as you need 5 .03% monster Drops.
