Character stucked after i logged in

Um,hi,im new to heRO,as well as on forum,as basically i just joined heRO today,i downloaded the 1.4gb full installer this morning,installed it,patched it,and i decided to log in and see how is heRO =) but here comes my problem,when i log in,the screen finished loads,my character stucked,as in,i cant even move/walk an inch.Does anyone know a way to fix this?If yes,i'll appreciate it,thanks.

Do you see the main text coming up normal or can you chat with out having problems?

Because odd reason is it may be lag or you not being able to connect to the server.

What you can try is delete your files all together and re-install it. If that doesn't work, the BGM folder out of heRO folder then get the installer with out the BGMs in it and try installing that.

Also can you show us your setup.exe options please.

I can see the main text coming up,after that,its stucked,i cant chat nor do anything.And i already tried re-install it.Which works out the result is still same.

Okay,its fixed now,my gf moved my character outta the starting point of novice ground for me.And its weird that i only stuck at the starting point map,so GM,can you check if there's any problem on that map?Thanks

There aren't any problems of the starting area. It had to do with something on your side and I honestly don't know what the problem is. BUT I'm glad you where able to get things to work!
