It does not negate AD or EDP costs, and it doesn't negate ALL gemstone costs (for example, Abracadabra still takes one gemstone).

Same with Ganbantein on High wizards (even link doesn't work on that).


I doubt anyone would care enough to try it, but I think the only sin skill that'd work with Power chord is Venom dust.
