Teleport 1 without window and lvl selectable

Hello, fellow adventurers! I, Alice, the explorer, am back and I'll soon bring back my adventures here(Not in this section, of course). But I'm here now to propose this old one:

Just as it was way back on heRO, the Teleport skill was lvl selectable, so acolyte classes could either choose lvl 1 and no window or lvl 2 with window, and creamy card users would get a 10sp Fly Wing!
Hoping to open a discussion about this subject.

But Creamy Card users don't get just a "10sp fly wing"

Using a Creamy card brings up the same menu that an aco class using teleport does.
FW is the only instant tele.
