How to fix the chat screen when its like that (Screen shot inside)

i clicked something and the chat screen goes like this, idk how to get it back to normal, please help me :3

Tried launching in both windowed/fullscreen and pressing F10/F11 to reset chat box? Once you change the resolution up a bit it will fix most chat box problems.
Also make sure you dont have battlemode on.

(Honestly one thing that helps with me and my RO problems is just mashing the keyboard until its back to normal lol)

There are two buttons on the side of the chat bar that usually help. If not I think the three /// above the Chat inupt can do something. I don't know why the Chat box doesn't have an option screen. (Misses customizable chat box from another server)

Um, you see the 2 blue buttons right next to your chat window? click the second one, then a button should appear on the battle chat that has >>> and click it
