anywhere from 250 to 750m that +9 firelock tidals... don't expect anyone in their right mind to sell one, tho... (same goes to just +9 tidals, the firelock part is inconsequential)

it COULD be useful, but chances are so low you're probably better off potting in most cases. In some cases you really do need it to proc, but it's just 5%...
1-4m at most imho...

i saw that +3 int for 100m too, but personally i don't think INT is a desired stat for diab robes. Tho if you do need it, i reckon 100m is a bargain (just comparing to average chances)
