Michael the NPC in Morroc field 18

hey, found a moving NPC in Morroc fild18 (dragon fly map) named Michael
spoke to him 2 days ago and he said he'd lost his son and was looking for him but to come back on Friday or Sunday
so i've come back on Friday and he now simply asks "are you lost?"
does anyone know the deal with him? cos i cant find info anywhere
or is he a super secret

I think he's part of a string of quests. Not sure if I should mention it or not, but if you check RO's quests, you'll find this certain one that involves a lot of moving npcs.

Well, another one is that, maybe you have to do some other stuff first before talking to him.
