Usually 24-72 hours. yeah I read the topic, cause I don't see the list of people for 2016, so I just wanted to ask.
and I don't mean the ticket respond.
I mean the donation respond.
cause according to the website:
- Step 5: You will receive an email confirmation of your donation to heRO
- Step 6: I will reply to you at the same email that you received the confirmation in Step 5 to let you know I have received your donation.
- Step 7: I will meet you in game to deliver the rewards or perform the GM service requested.
but it doesn't exactly tell you how many days should we expect for the GM to respond.
So I am rather curious, and I have a habit of donating some money every time I join a new private server, and will usually keep it up until I get tired of the server lol.

RE: Hi, new here!
Pandora stopped recording a list of the people who donated, actually. She's been fairly busy as of late, but she usually responds in a couple of days. Usually.

hopefully it means that you're safe from the earthquake
which happened recently in your country. God Bless
Yes, i live 350km north from there and we too felt the wave, but i was there at the end of july. That zone is a very seismically active area, unfortunately the last quakes happened at a very low depths (7 years ago for L'Aquila city the quake was again at only few kms under).
Those were beautfuil towns and villages, packed with historical culture cuisine culture but those buildings were everything but seismicproof. Peace to victims and rebuild stronger.

I've never been to Italy myself, but my aunt always tells me what a beautiful place it is and she loves traveling there. It's good that you're safe, must be scary to feel the ground shaking tho. And yeah, rebuild to get stranger, and again God bless.
I personally lives on an Italian neighborhood, and I love their food. Tho they are slowly moving away now and it is mostly the seniors citizen that are living there now but it's still a very nice neighborhood.
