I played a few years ago and I'm back again! Honestly I felt a bit nostalgic and wanted to play some RO and this server is the best one! So you'll see me server side once the download finishes! though It's been so long I'll need to re-learn how to play haha. I used to play RO back when it was in open beta with my now husband. We played for a long time and stopped 4 or 5 years ago when it switched to a pay to win model.

Heyyy, what a small world this is! I also played RO back in open beta. Unlike you though, I couldn't keep playing afterwards, my mom wouldn't use her credit card to pay the subs (and this was before gift cards existed to ease her paranoid mind about her card info being stolen).

Hope you have lots of fun playing here on heRO, and don't hesitate to ask questions or consult the wiki about the customs here. They are very extensive~
