EDIT: Found the solution about the clientinfo.xml wasn't in client file. You might probably put it on your full client download file..

Glad to see you were able to figure out why you couldn't connect! Hope you have a lot of fun here, and like Kiyo said, don't be shy to ask questions about the customs. There's a lot to explore as a new guy on the server these days. \o/

Weird, cause I installed heRO around 2 weeks ago using the full installer and I didn't encounter that problem on clientinfo.xml... may I ask which download link did you use?

Most servers have a pretty boring start with the "real game" going at lv 89+. heRO has plenty of customs to speed up that early levels with some custom mid-tier dungeons as well so there are new things to try even early on, depending on your class. Always ask main to see what those customs are about!
