For every base AGI, reduce the cast time of Thunderstorm by 1% and reduce the After-cast delay of Thunderstorm by 0.02s. This does not reduce the delay.

This does add up to 25, but is not modifiable so might as well simply be listed as +25 Agi.

As mentioned before to you privately and also in public in a previous "what's coming up" post, Storm set will most likely receive some small rework, though it'll still be about AGI for speed casting and spamming spells over and over. We'll probably just remove the wording on some of the effects but won't add in new effects until set is updated.

Storm Robe: as all other existing elemental armor lists it as an armor effect, we'll continue to follow it there. This is probably because it needs to be an "effect" to deal properly with slotting elemental armor cards in a slotted armor that may have an innate element itself.

"Jobs" are always referred to as class in effects (see any class combo cards from Gravity). It's still "applicable job" for who can wear it though ¯\_(?)_/¯

Got all the other fixes mentioned now... hopefully.

So instead, if there's armor that lists their property with weight/class, we need to move them back up as an effect instead.

Not an item description problem, but the description for the Soul Linker skill Estun is incorrect. It reads like it's "Estin" for Medium monsters, but it doesn't have a knockback effect, it has a "sometimes stun" effect, since it is affected by VIT like any other stun effect.

Push back a targeted monster 2 cells away. Only Medium sized monsters are damaged by this skill, which takes the elemental property of the Mild Wind skill if it is cast.
At skill level 7, Estun will have a 3 second delay that will allow the casting of the Esma skill.

Magical skill that attacks only Medium monsters. The affected monster is stunned for 2 sec. When this is used on Small monsters it won't stun them, but it will do full damage.
When LV 7 version of this skill is used, you can use Esma for next 3 seconds.
"Es" type magic can only be used on monsters. If it is used on a player character, nothing happens and the caster will be stunned for 0.5 sec (not reduced by VIT).
