Lag ?

Mainly, I only lag when my Antivirus is updating (which usually almost always happens when an event is starting and doesn't really help out at all) but there are times when it's hard to move my characters efficiently because of lag not caused by my ISP and computer, and position lag is always a problems with Safteywall and pneuma.

And I'm only a lake and a few (hundred) international trafficjams away from the server's city so that's not it

I don't know why the lag has been rather terrible at my boyfriends place lately. His computer always lagged a little but lately it'd be so bad that i couldn't even talk to someone sitting down much less play. My messages always appeared like anywhere from 10secs late to almost a whole minute later. T.T

If you lag at your boyfriend's place but not your own, check his connection/computer.

Hm I useta lag sometimes at my home computer, but that's because my mom runs a lot of programs I can't close there. x)

But here at college, I run very little on my own computer, and have an amazing internet connection, so I have no clue why I lag sometimes, and sometimes with very very nasty spikes. This isn't getting me killed or anything since I'm on my rogue lately, but I sure do feel for any caster types in this situation.
