GM-Loki Wrote:you crash or your computer crashes? There's a bit of a difference, if it's a gravity error you are probably just getting the map load crash which usually goes in conjunction with aura's being on.
As I wrote in the first post, it's my computer, not just heRO.
GM-Loki Wrote:few suggestions while waiting.
Go into the settings and turn all sound off, also make sure the right GFX card is chosen. Double check the amount of available RAM you have too. Make sure your sound and graphics drivers are up to date, and if you are low on memory, get some more.
Sound is disabled already. I have 2048Mb of memory, so unless heRO uses ~1400Mb of memory I should be fine.
Where do I choose graphics card? I can choose between "Direct3D HAL" and "Direct3D T&L HAL", and I've tried both.
I updated my graphics card drivers a few days ago, just after I made the first post. My nForce drivers are also up to date (onboard sound).
EDIT:
With heRO running, my computer seems to use about 700/2048 Mb of memory.
GM-Loki Wrote:All of these things can independently crash your game and/or your computer.
While that is true, I only experience these crashes while I play heRO. If my memory was too low etc, I don't see why I can play WoW (with fairly high settings) and not crash.
