Want to change the dimensions

My game is at 800x600; I want to make it 1024x768 but I can't change it.

If you go in your RO folder, you can click the Setup.exe and change the size configuration there.

I tried, but it only works for regular RO, not heRO. In fact, when I attempt to play heRO, I get the message "unable to load table class_tab.txt." I can only get onto heRO using the heRO patcher.

What OS are you using? If you're using Vista, you're probably running heRO as Administrator from the launcher, so you'll need to run setup as administrator for changes to take effect.

I'm using a vista, yes, but I am an administrator on the computer. ANd there's no setup for heRO, just for RO.

You miscomprehend me. Do you have UAC turned on in Vista? If so, even if you're the only user on the computer, you get the prompts to run certain apps. To get technical, Vista virtualises the registry for apps run outside of this mode, so the normal Ragnarok setup app (which is the setup I'm talking about) won't affect heRO (which runs in the context of the system Administrator, which is different to your user account) unless you also run setup.exe as Administrator - right click on setup.exe, then choose "Run as administrator".

Give it a try anyway. May also explain why you can only run heRO through the patcher.

In your folder called Gravity/RO of which you showed a picture of, there should be a file called setup.exe. That is what you need to click to change the size settings for heRO. If you can't find it, please show us a picture with all the files in your RO folder because we can't see everything right now. Good Luck.

Please note that you can't change the dimensions while in game, you actually have to be logged out in order for the changes to take effect.

Setup.exe should affect all RO client in the same folder, official and private, including heRO. Try fudashi's suggestion and let us know if that works ^_^
