Job EXP Converter

Can we get a piece of equipment, or a skill, or an item that allows any Job EXP earned to go to base instead?

Or at least send 50% of my Job EXP to my guild. Because right now my Job EXP feels like a waste. I really (unless I reset) have really nothing to do with the few remaining points I'd get. And I do need Base EXP.

Matrim, if you got the build I am suspecting you have, get uhhh vulture eye for your last sets of levels. The +hit works with any weapon!

I can get that yes. But that isn't the point. BASE EXP! I want more of it. All go to base or Base & Guild until further notice. That is what I want.

I don't see how it'd be a problem, as long as non trans couldn't use it, since obviously the job exp after 50 would get funneled to base levels.

Well, non trans could use it to power level like Takhara said. Also, if it were implemented, it would be unfair to everyone who has had to grind to 99, or to level their guild :O If something like this was in a server, it should be from the very beginning, not added after 5 years.
