Account Purged?

I need help looking for an old account, and by old account, I mean from like 5 years ago.

I used to play heRO 5 years ago and am having a problem finding my account and was wondering if it was due to possibly being purged out of the system.

I've tried using the reset password option but then realized that usernames are case sensitive which makes it much more difficult for me to attach an email to a username.

I was only able to find my forum name because it only required me to have my old email which I found easily.

If any GM is really interested in knowing if I'm serious or not about being 5 years old I'll post a screenshot of my last visited date on the forums.

Image showing at the top of my last visited and the current date. Is there any possibly way I can retrieve my told account? I would like to play from where I left off instead of resetting from the very beginning.

You would need to probably send a support ticket to the GM's.
