Everyone has dreams of a better future.


They dream of many things that they desire yet cannot acquire. Some dream of a glorious past. They dream of such things because they refuse to acknowledge that their kingdom is on a steady decline, far past their prime and lost its light. Some dream for an impossible future. They dream of such things because they refuse to face the harsh reality of the present, where their republic sits on the edge of collapse at the mercy of one conglomeration. Some dream of a different possibility. They dream of such things because they secretly lament against the divine.

In the end, people dream because they are selfish and powerless. They seek refuge in dreams where all they want are handed to them. They refuse to overcome their hardships in the real world. They ignore the truth and seek a comfortable delusion within their dreams.


Of course, even heroes have dreams.


Be it the followers of Light who enforce the law and order of the land, or the practitioners of Darkness who embrace their freedom, they dream for something that they do not possess. Their adventurous spirit to dream of "a chance encounter against an extinct creature" shall be their own undoing. When they were pushed to the edge, they united against their common foe to defeat our Master. But how will they fair against the allure of their dreams of an adventure to fight against an extinct creature? Will heroes also succumb to their dreams so easily like all the others?

The night has come. Heroes of Light and Darkness, it is time to sleep, and we await you deep within your dreams. You will pay for your insolence against our Master.

This Chronicle of Heroes event will replace June Trial of Heroes.

Saturday June 26th, 16:00

Entry Requirement
50 Allegiance points for your respective allegiance.
Level 89 or higher


Description
This will be a cooperative PvM event.

Objective unknown: Be prepared for anything, but do try your hardest to... survive.

Estimated difficulty level: end-game

Monsters are rated to be on par with hero server's high end dungeons. It is recommended that participants have been to either Nydhoggur dungeon, Biolab 4 or Blackout Clocktower to be accustomed to high end parties and what the highest tier custom monsters in heRO can do.





Event map has no exp penalties.
Event map does not allow teleportation or memo.
Event map allows all skills, including fiber lock, ice wall and ankle snare.
Event map allows all items, including Token of Siegfried.

Event will not have healing or resurrection provided by GMs. It is crucial to ensure that both allegiances collectively can sustain themselves one way or another.

Do not bring butterfly wing to avoid accidentally leaving the map.

Light allegiance and Dark allegiance do NOT have to form parties where one party has only light heroes, and another with only dark heroes. You may mix and match. You will be asked to remake parties based on your allegiance at the end of the event for rewards purposes.

A patch will be released a few days before the Chronicle of Heroes event. Please ensure that you have patched.

All members will earn:
Individual chance to roll for Event's Main MvP drops as if the player has solo-ed the MvP (card excluded), as if under x4 item rate.

In addition, Light heroes will earn:
