broken npc

the frozen man in ice cave dungeon *part of ice necklace quest* is broken. when i click on him he wont talk to me and hes not frozen in appearance. it happened when i tried to free him and he spawned those giant fuzzies and in the middle of still talking to him, i died and yea... sorrie about this but please fix when u can thanks ><;;

Don't you have to be a priest to do that quest?

I tried talking to him, too, but nothing.??My friend tried talking to him on her priestess but he told her she was too low of level to help him.??

i tried as level 85 priest. no go.

AFAIK you have to be lvl 75 or higher, and any class will do.

Ok thanks Asumi, then I don't understand why the npc is not encased in ice because the same thing happened to me
