One day of the month "event"

OK i might be some what un clear what i mean here sins im flowing whit ides and i am a bad speller

OK ill start whit "one of the ides"
Work/chaos/Glory/Normal-day
Work day - gain +1% more job exp
Chaos day - gain +1% more base exp
Glory day - Drop rate +1%
Normal - same rates as curent on the server.
Ex. Jan 10 is Work day.
Feb 10 is chaos day.
Mar 10 is Glory day
Apr 10 is Normal day
and it continues like that thrue the months , this "event" lasts about 12h or some thing

Note: this is just a suggestion dont throw canes at me yet

Ide No2
Light/Dark months.
Dark and light sides gain x% increas in Job/Base/drop depending on month.
then we all can get a slight feel to be good or bad

Now this is just an ide , and yes it just pooped in my head just of a sudden

It's not a bad idea. But I don't like the drop chance thing.

Anyway, Pandora wanted to do something because server was more populated lately, and she asked us what she could do.

I still think some kind of exp increase event would be cool, for 1 day or 1 week, but just EXP.

As i said it was just an ide , an adds on it is more then welcome on my part.

But every one knows there is only one that cna deside to make a official vote or desition on this

those sound really good ideas, but i also agree with Loveless in this no increased item drop rate thing

Still no reply from any GMs on the ide , i guess they hated it

It's not bad per say, but I prefer to keep increased rates for very special occasion (server's birthday was such an occasion). Also, it requires a reboot of the server, which means kicking all merchants and everyone else. I try to avoid doing those too often ^_^
