NPC refining is going to take you about an average of 85 wands to get to +9 ..

My refining skills make it a bit easier, but still a low chance.

1-1.5 mil per wand in shops (and those prices sell too)

well from what i heard from Legualt, he got his +9 liches in less then 10 wands xD i think 85 is a bit over exaggerating? lol...well if no one makes a bid on it i got a spiritual ring i can throw in along with some zenny?

Mathematically, Herman is correct about the general probability when using the NPC. You can't prove probability wrong with one example.

there's a 1.2% chance to get one wand from 1-9 without breaking (with NPC)... 85 wands is about how many you'll go through on average to bring that percentage up to equal 100%.??Could take more, could take less, but thats the average of it all.

I'm lowering that price for a few reasons, 1- most people get it before that "average", 2- i get a boost for being 99/70 with weapon refine.

IMO- 55M is a fair price, but I'll take offers of items as well, of course.
