Since we released an emergency patch, we should address the issue where the patcher fails to launch. However, this is delaying our ability to do meaningful, large-scale patches that affect new content. We had a new costume quest ready to ship, but it is delayed due to the recent host issue. We hope to resume normal content deployment once we resolve the root cause. In the meantime, it's recommended that if you are interested in costumes, you should pursue the Ring of the Wise King quest to prepare to start.

Note: due to the current patching issue, we are unable to make more drastic changes as easily as before, so this is a more limited selection of what we can deploy compared to the full extent of changes that are currently in our T&D environment with the T&D team.<br>
