Prize Medals can be obtained from Hugel's Monster Races and Bingo minigames, Kaldheim's Monster Arena, or random events within heRO. These can be traded for certain items in the second floor of Hugel's Fireworks shop (hugel 94, 103).

Niflheim Costume Exchange
You can exchange some fantastic Halloween costumes at the cost of Prize Medals. Some are formerly exclusive costumes while some are new releases to the server, including many sought after Costume Garments! During the month of October, the shop will offer a discount at 50 prize medals (half price!) for its costumes. Outside of October, the shop will still be available, but its costumes will cost 100 prize medals instead.
