* Fixed a critical server-side bug native to our emulator regarding how does the server strongly enforces how often you can spam skill depending on your ASPD ("attack motion" or amotion). Now the game properly takes your ASPD for skills where the aftercast delay is determined by your ASPD, OR in cases where Kiel MVP cards/a sufficiently powerful Poem of Bragi removes the aftercast delay down until it is your ASPD that affects the delay.

The aftercast delay fix should be most easily observable for non-190 ASPD Meteor Assault/Desperado, Heal, and Jupitel Thunder. Suboptimal Meteor Assaults (~180 or lower ASPD) were gaining massive, unintentional advantages where they can cast the skill much more often than they should be because the server is not enforcing ASPD limitations on their spam. As for Heal/Jupitel Thunder, this should once again reward high wizard builds that gets some ASPD in order to use JT as fast as possible. Before this fix, all wizards are operating as if they have this bonus. Now, the builds that did not intend for ASPD boost should feel weaker than before compare to wizards who do. This fix affects every class that has a skill with only ASPD delay (or in a sufficiently powerful Bragi), and is not treated as a class balance change. This is an overall bugfix regarding the basic mechanics of how "ASPD based cooldown" works.

Specific changes regarding Meteor Assault will come at a later time, AFTER Purple Bat Doll revamp is rolled out. Once Sinx loses their near-invincibility from instant full heals, then we will re-evaluate Meteor Assault damage again.

There was a ticket regarding Wide Soul Drain not restoring SP from Eraser. After further analysis, apparently, Wide Soul Drain is coded to do nothing against monsters, so Wide Soul Drain is a skill for monsters to screw over players and that's it. For now, we'll leave this as it is but we may consider changing Eraser to have some other form of SP restoration in PvM to boost its viability.

Class Update

Soul Linker

  • All soul links max level is lowered from 5 to 3
  • All soul links in heRO at level 1, 2 and 3 is equal to level 3, 4 and 5 from a vanilla pre-renewal RO server in SP cost and duration
  • Priest Soul Link has a new additional effect: the skill Blessing and Increase Agi will have an AoE effect if it's casted on a player character. This AoE will apply regardless of the player's party membership.

Item Change

  • Ring of Counter has been buffed to give 34 SP per point of mastery in Soul Link skills so that the total amount of SP given by the ring remains almost unchanged
  • Clown Nose is now costumeable in Nobility costumer as a Rank 1 costume
  • Blessing/Increase Agility scrolls are now tradable and can be stored in Guild Storage

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a critical server-side bug native to our emulator regarding how does the server strongly enforces how often you can spam skill depending on your ASPD ("attack motion" or amotion). Now the game properly takes your ASPD for skills where the aftercast delay is determined by your ASPD, OR in cases where Kiel MVP cards/a sufficiently powerful Poem of Bragi removes the aftercast delay down until it is your ASPD that affects the delay.
  • Prontera warps for the ToH gear house should be fixed
  • Lots of costumes that are listed as costumeable are now fixed to be costumeable

Other Note
