The scuba mask of a man living in the bay was stolen, and he blames the sea tigers.
1. Start in fae_fild04 159 144 on East Faeheim Coast. Talk to Dantalion and accept the quest to kill 50 sea tigers. Sea Tigers are abundant on the same map in the coastline area.
2. Once that is done, return to him. He'll mention that perhaps it's at the beach somewhere.
3. Go to fae_fild04 215, 41. There is a spot to click in the water to find the scuba mask.
4. Return to Dantalion to claim the reward.
