The Item of the Day quest is a repeatable EXP quest specific to heRO. Speak to any Healer NPC (there is one in every town), and choose the option "Help with what?"

Note: This option will only be available if you have not already hit the limit on the quest for the day, and if the War of Emperium is not active.

She will tell you she is in need of certain supplies, which changes on a day-to-day basis (see the list below). You may turn in up to 3 sets of items to the Healer per day. For each set you turn in, she will give you a choice between receiving:

1. Base EXP
2. Base+Job EXP
3. Job EXP

So be careful about spamming the enter key!

You will be asked for different items depending on which day of the month it is. So for example, on the 9th day of each month, you will be asked for 23 Frills. The items for each day are as followed:

04	Powder of Butterfly	924	28	56	84	Creamies are the primary source of this which are abundant either at Britoniah (gef_fild13), southwest of Geffen or at Prontera Field 4 (prt_fild04), two maps west of Prontera. Players can quickly travel to Britoniah by warping to any Geffen castle. Creamy Fears in fae_fild10 can be considered as well as both its slaves are Creamies which drops the item as well.
05	Acorn	1026	28	56	84	Can be bought from an NPC in Moscovia (208, 182).
06	Porcupine Quill	1027	28	56	84	Mjolnir_01 (2 maps north of Geffen), is the map with the most number of Caramels that drop this item. However, do note that it is a huge map therefore chances are that Caramels will most likely be spread out far. Players can also consider lhz_fild02 as Caramel hunting ground as space on the small map is much tighter.
07	Stone Heart	953	26	52	78	Golems are one of the monsters to farm for this item and they can be found southeast of Morroc (moc_fild11). Alternatively, higher-leveled players may choose to go to Tina Grace Cave for Horong which are slaves of Gajomart both of which happen to drop Stone Heart as well.
08	Earthworm Peeling	1055	25	50	75	There are a hundred Hodes at moc_fild17 (2 maps south, 1 map east of Morroc). Caution is advised as the boss Phreeoni also spawns on this map.
09	Frill	1012	23	46	69	Frilldoras at cmd_fild05 which is 4 maps east of Comodo.
10	Dokebi Horn	5573	22	44	66	Dokebis are most abundant at pay_fild10 (2 maps east, 1 map south of Payon). A more dangerous option to hunt both Curupira and Dokebi in the field north of Brasilis but be aware of stone curse from Curupira and bleeding from Headless Mule.
11	Fig Leaf	7298	20	40	60	Leaf Cats and Autumn Leafcats in Neko Island are the best sources due to the small map size, thus narrow distribution of monsters. Alternatively, adventurous players can try Ayothaya Field 2 but access to the area requires partial completion of a certain quest.
12	Mantis Scythe	1031	20	40	60	Mjolnir_08 (1 map west, 2 maps north of Prontera), have the most number of Mantis.
13	Mould Powder	7001	17	34	51	Punks at the first floor of the Clock Tower in Aldebaran (c_tower1) are a good source of Mould Powders. A similar monster, Demon Pungus, can be also be hunted in ein_fild01 (one map south of Yuno, one map west and then one map north) which is a popular hunting spot for players who prefer to mob.
14	Tough Vines	7197	16	32	48	Luluka Forest (um_fild01, 1 map north and 1 map east from Comodo) is the home of Dryads that drop this item.
15	Anolian Skin	7003	15	30	45	Anolians can be found at Zenhai Marsh (cmd_fild03, 3 maps east of Comodo). There is also one Mutant Dragonoid on this map.
16	Antelope Skin	7107	15	30	45	Goats at ein_fild08 (2 maps south of Yuno) are the most popular target to obtain this item.
17	Denture from Dragon Mask	7266	15	30	45	Louyang Dungeon 2 and Louyang Dungeon 3 are the only maps that spawn Dancing Dragons, the sole source of the item.
18	Tangled Chains	7221	14	28	42	The monster dropping this, which is Disguise, and can only be found at nif_fild01, which is two maps west of Nifflheim. They also spawn in Nifflheim itself when the boss Lord of Death is alive.
19	Striped Sock	7219	10	20	30	Drops from Loli Ruri. Only map that naturally spawns it is the field located west of Nifflheim.
20	Peco Peco Feather	7101	15	30	45	Farming Grand Pecos at the Kiel Khayr's Academy map (yuno_fild08) is the most efficient way of obtaining this item.
21	Tassel	7301	12	24	36	Drops from Tamruans which are found at the 2nd level of the Ayothaya Dungeon.
22	Broken Shuriken	7156	12	24	36	Shinobis are found at the 3rd level of the Amatsu Dungeon. Do note that they do not respawn instantly but has a range of 10 - 151 mins.
23	Scale Shell	936	16	32	48	Drops from Isis which can be found on the 4th level of the Morroc Pyramid.
24	Rotten Bandage	930	20	40	60	Preferably hunted from various mobs in the Pyramid Dungeon maps that drop it including Mummy, Ancient Mummy, Verit and also their Nightmare versions.
25	Used Iron Plate	7319	10	20	30	Farmed from Removers found in the Lighthalzen Bio Laboratory, first floor.
26	Turtle Shell	967	20	40	60	Various turtle mobs at Turtle Dungeon drop this item. Players can also hunt these from Medusa as well, located in the west cave of Comodo.
27+	Jellopy	909	50	100	150	Drops from most monsters of the Poring family. Players can also choose to camp Ant Eggs located by the entrance of Ant Hell. Alternatively for players who prefer not to get their hands dirty, players can buy Meat in Umbala and choose to trade it to the Meat Boy (/navi umbala 59, 243) for 2 Jellopy each. This will require players have to have 75 Meat for 150 Jellopy.
