Rudolph Hairband Nerf

As mentioned before in April 7 devblog, Rudolph Hairband single-handedly dominating the healing item category due to its weight, cheapness and accessibility of carrots. Therefore, we'll make changes to specifically nerf this item while also shifting the benefits of higher cost items such as brewed potions to be more useful.

• Rudolph Hairband's carrot healing rate decreased from 2000% to 400%
• Condensed Red, Yellow and White Potion now heal 10% extra
• Flower card now buffs Red herb, Yellow Herb, White Herb, Red Potion, Yellow Potion, Orange Potion and White Potion from 10% to 15%. In addition, condensed potions also get the same 15% boost (previously, it specifically omitted condensed potions)
• Telling doll (fixed spelling to Tayelin Doll)'s item description is fixed, and its White Potion + Condensed White Potion buff increased from 10% to 20%

We hope that this will justify the cost of brewing Condensed Potions as they are more effective naturally, while also providing few small ways to boost their effectiveness further in itemization choices.

• Charming Ribbon has been removed for a new item, Crown of Saints

Past Halloween Gearbox Update

The following items have been removed from the box as they have direct monster drops, so that the pool is not so diluted.

• Witch Hat
• Whispering Backpack
• Tormenting Spirit
• Ghostring Backpack
• Requiem Hat

Fruit Basket Update

Durian has been added as a new fruit in anticipation of the upcoming part 1 of Port Malaya release! Durian is a heavy fruit at 20 weight, but instead of healing HP/SP, it gives ATK and MATK + 10 for 10 minutes! It has a drop rate from Fruit Basket equal to that of Mora Mandarin.

Other Item Rebalances

• Mage's Elegy has its attack power increased from 1 to 45. Its effect is unchanged.
• Holy Saber has a 1% chance to automatically cast Level 1 Pressure on the enemy when physically attacked, without the need to be in Gospel
• Staff of Destruction has a bonus 1 INT bonus for every 2 refine.
• Jungle Suit (event item only for now) no longer has bonus HP on refine, but its recovery bonus of incoming spells and items is increased from 1% per refine to 1.5% per refine (rounded down to nearest %)
• Logi Card has its ASPD penalty dropped from 3% to 1%
• Bungisngis Card has been reworked to a new effect: "STR + 2 [Base Vitality >= 50] Maximum HP + 250." It is still a headgear card.
• Tiyanak Card has been reworked to a new effect: "CRIT + 4 [Novice and Super Novice] STR + 4. Increase critical damage by 4%." It is still an accessory card.
• Mangkukulam Card has been reworked to a new effect: "Add a 15% chance to automatically cast Silence on an enemy and/or yourself when the user deals Physical Damage. Maximum SP + 80". It is still a headgear card.

No decard is offered for the 3 changed cards; the original cards are barely, if ever, used, and are considered an overall buff to at least have a specific niche.

Bugfixes

• Black Dragon Robe lowers cast delay instead of increase

Qualify of Life Changes

• Hunter Fly card, Dracula card, and Purple Bat Doll have their item descriptions updated to be clear to clarify an esoteric interaction of how HP/SP Drain item effects work. These items are not actually changed.

Known Issue/Bugs

• The Food Depot in BG is unreachable
• Mapflag for woe is not working correctly
• Lich Afanasay slaves look like Sorcerers
• Elemental resist potion status icon seems inconsistent
• Male hairstyle #82 does not work
• Alberta minimap is incorrect
• Auto-feed on pets does not work (does work on Homunculus)
