Note: This quest can be repeated yearly, and is only available during the month of July.

Fireworks Fyra is gathering firecrackers for the yearly Fireworks Festival in Fortuna. She can be found in fortuna 168 131. She will accept either of the following firecrackers:

• Birthday Firecracker
• I Love You Firecracker
• Xmas Firecracker

You can hand in sets of 10 at a time, up to 10 times, once a year. For each turn-in, you will have the option to receive either Base and Job Experience, only Base experience, or only Job Experience. You will also receive 2 summer suits per turn-in, and on the final turn-in, you'll receive 50 Fairy Reputation and 3 Red Gift Boxes.

• Base+Job Exp: BaseLevel*500 and JobLevel*500, multiplied by server rates
• Base Exp Only: BaseLevel*1000, multiplied by server rates
• Job Exp Only: JobLevel*1000, multiplied by server rates

Other Details:

• The NPC will show a quest emote during the month of July if the quest has not already been completed. This emote is only updated on map entry and exit.
• Every year on July 01, the fireworks mapflag are added to Fortuna City. On August 01, the fireworks mapflag is removed.
• During the initial dialogue where you must choose to accept to help or decline, the NPC will react if you decline repeatedly. After 3x tries where you talk to her yet choose not to start the quest, you will lose 5 Fairy Reputation. This is for flavor purposes of varied dialogue and dissuasive to enter spamming. The NPC will stop providing different dialogue after 4x declines. This counter is reset upon relogging, meaning declining again repeatedly may cost you an additional 5 Fairy Reputation.
