No, the time is not a typo. It is 9 PM server time, at night.
It's the holidays. I'm sure that the Australians and East Asia players will appreciate it if it's the North Americans who cut their sleep and stay up for once. Also, I'll be the host this month, so porings this ToH will now breath FIRE.
