full installer freezing before it finishes? Can i get some assistance on that note? How am i supose to get on if the full installer is failing?

are you sure it really freezes, at about 98% it installs the sdata.grf which is about 1gig in size, so it seems that it hangs, but if you let it run it will finish.

For all these years I thought it just crapped out at 98% so I'd close it and try again until it finally worked! xD
After 5+ years of RO I'm still a newbie. =p

I tested the installers when it was reported and all of them seem to hang at 98% but finishes after a little while... maybe I should look into getting a different installer that shows progress on current file...

That would be awesome if possible. At least maybe a little warning, "Notice: The last file to update is very large and may take a while to download."
That would have saved me a lot of time from the whole, "Okay, 98%! Let's see if it freezes again...*waits*...Nothing...*waits*...Damnit. *closes and retries*"
