Depends if the server decides to cap the amount of heal from heal 10. Ifrit will heal more than 9999 using Heal 10 than heal 11. Ifrit will use heal 10 whenever he can on top of heal 11. To Namin?, this will greatly determine how hard Ifrit may be for heRO.

Valentine's day quest will be available from tonight up to friday night, so 2 days in total.

i dont honestly think 9999 heal is a big deal. imagine the damage/party you have to come up with to defeat him. is a 10k heal really gonna matter?
the only time 10k heal really bugs is when you have a ragamufin party of like 2-3 random invited people into DB room to kill a hydro. lol you cant beat him like that
