RE: heRO Guilds. - Child of Bodom - 12-26-2010 Solution: Make your own guild, make sure everyone stays active and talkative, organize fun activeties where you can get the classes you need for parties and still have fun, and kick the inactives/people who dont talk. Moral of this: Be the Solution not the Problem! GOGOGOGOGO kthxbai :D RE: heRO Guilds. - thecursed - 12-26-2010 ^ Too much effort, not enough benefit. Thats just my opinion though. RE: heRO Guilds. - Matrim Cauthon Jr - 12-26-2010 FoH does parties & activities when we can get our members online and not tied up with family, work, school. As for WoE, I intend that we actually return to it in a month or so. RE:??heRO Guilds. - loveapples - 12-27-2010 thecursed Wrote:^ Too much effort, not enough benefit. It's not only time zone issues, most people who play this server prefer sitting on their ass and talking in pront or farming solo over doing parties (at least parties other then nameless) or high end mvping.Oh look its me! RE: heRO Guilds. - Amara - 12-27-2010 As a matter of fact, Behemoth does take non WoE players at times. You guys all seem to think we're some strict military group or something, it seems. On topic though...its actually pretty hard to get people interested in 'other activities' on a regular basis. It demands a super involved guild leader willing to sacrifice even more of their time for the guild, or someone to volunteer to do that. In my experience, most, if not all guild members, don't want to organize things, they want it done for them. So activity then relies on a very limited few to keep up with things other than solo leveling and farming. In my opinion, its the role of the whole guild to keep up activities they wish to do. If its just one or two people organizing things over and over, it gets really old for those people. RE: heRO Guilds. - Matrim Cauthon Jr - 12-27-2010 I actually agree totally with Amara in that it can't just be one or two people being the initiative behind every guild activity. |
