Yeah, it's normal, you can have an idea if it's close to finish from the file name just above the download bar. It almost always have a date, the closer to today, the better.

I've updated the sakray, so I tried to open the game, but it did the same thing. I now have something called Sakup, I tried to update that one, but it gets stuck at a certain point.

Did you open HeroPatcher.exe and let it update too? Open the game from there if possible.

The game still isn't working. the patch on the sackup still gets stuck, I don't think this is going to work.

Sakup = Sakray.exe in an old version. So just forget it, it's to be used if sakray isn't updating properly.
You have to open HeroPatcher to update HeRO with the custom stuff and open hero.exe to play the game. Don't try to start the game using Sakray's Start button.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting.
Can you run setup.exe and take a screenshot of the settings you have? If not just write each selected option here, specially the resolution. I can't seem to open the image of your ro folder, is anyone else able?
