Remember that you need to have your sakray updated (for new equipment, nameless, moscovia, etc.), and you'll have to run the heRO patcher at 1 PM to get access to the High Rate.

I'm guessing you have logged on to heRO before? If you have, then make sure that it's the proper upper/lowercases because it is case sensitive. That would be my first guess. Server itself is still up and working just fine as of right now.

Also remember you need to remove the _M or _F after the first time you sign in.
