It's between my Whitesmith (In Avatar and Signature) or my Professor (A black-themed demonic entity with horns, in a god-like pose and probably bathing in flames. o.o)
I think I'd like to do the professor :3 I love the little fox fur stoles professors wear XDD. So, I do need you to provide a screenshot, details basic details about the character's physical appearance and personality, and tell me which style you'd like, and half-body or full-body. Also what kind of cute hats do you have? :D I love cute hats XDD.
Doing the flame background is perfectly doable, but it will tack on a bit to the price, just because it is a big special effect
But if you have a ton of cute hats, then I'm sure it will be no probs :3

I will do a run down of how much it would be in Zeny, and you can value the hats as to whatever you think is fair :3
If you'd like the style to be similar to the Deathnote color manga, that would be soft-shade semi-real, which begins at 2.5. Pet is a free addition, the elemental wings I'll do for .5, and the flame background for an additional .5 :3
So altogether 3.5m for that image, with pet and wings and flamings. :3 I could do the same in a more animeish style for 3m :3

Hmmm. Not sure if the background would be the best idea anymore, since my wings are already fire. xP Perhaps a cloudy night sky, with him standing at the peak of a hill? The soft shade semi-real is fine for style. x3
And I'd totally give you the Mitre for it. :3 Last one I sold was 4mil. And heck, I'll toss in the Link hat too. <3

It's great! It's in a very convenient and nice area, the apartment is huge compared to our last one (720 sq feet, yay!) it has a gas stove, and gas heater, which I have always wanted, and I have a really awesome work area that Duriel set up for me.
For having packed the truck on the 14th, had no sleep and driven straight on the 15th and unloaded that day too, and then just unpacked yesterday it's really lookin' pretty good :D <3
