USPS has started to reopen some of their post offices in Puerto Rico but only for limited services (mainly P.O. Box).

Good news! The post office near GM-Ciar has finally reopened according to the USPS website. I'll be going to my post office tomorrow to mail a care package and the first half of the money we gathered. I'll post an update once it's mailed.
