| Actually, the dex is more for BB's cast than hit. With concentration, even with 20 DEX you have 169 hit, enough for WoE. Not even my SinX with such hit ever had problems hitting with SB. |

PvM, your build is likely to be STR>AGI>VIT+DEX, essentially a mobber for BB/brandish.
PvP, LK is most used as tank/statuser, that is low STR, high VIT, AGI, DEX. ... |
