Suggestion to "fix" Windows 8 screen problem

I suggest the GM team change

WindowLock = 1

by default in hero installer.

This fixes the screen problem. So new players can just install and play.

I think many new players try to play in heRO and after the fail they simply give up, without searching the forum or filling a support ticket. And that's normal, because everyone expect a software to work nicely without intervention after a fresh install.

Another reason is that the Setup.exe fix do not work always. I've followed all the instructions in the mentioned thread without success in a friend new notebook with Windows 8.1. But after applying this change in dinput.ini it worked.

This won't change the configuration of users already playing. Only new players using the installer. Think about it a "new heRO player" perspective.

Some may argue that they don't like the borderless configuration (which I think is the best!). If they do, they will search how to change it and will end up finding a way. It's best than just a fail from start, right?
