I found this when I was googling the other day ro hotkey manager

WARNING: I've never tried it, no idea if it works, how it works or if it's clean.

Actually I found that program as well but well, I can't even run it. It's giving me some memory error when I try to run the exe file.

serenity read the whole page and it'll explain why you get that error, but it is running fine for me, though i don't actually have more than one account though.

if you mean on a character-to-character basis within 1 account, then it should be storing all skills and things correctly. nothing should be screwing up on a singular account. it's when you get to multiple accounts is where the conflict shows up.
