Strange Graphic lag >.>

I've closed all background apps, so that the game is the only thing running. I've tried both through the launcher and the direct-to-game application.

(Side note: I've also tried another p-server to see if it was just heRO, turns out it's not. So don't think this is a server exclusive thing, it's most likely something wrong with my pc.)

I'm almost thinking of updating my reformatting process to include a baseball bat... D:

I don't know if this is relevant, but where do you live...? Plenty of natural disasters lately, and those always affect internet performance depending on how do you connect to the server.
