for pvp alice doll seems to be the choice of many...
otherwise, you could go with the various more damage or more resistance headgears (refer to hatter list), or the various +stat headgears depending on your build/play style...
but somehow i always go for item-dropping headgears be it GBs/OBBs/DB-BBs even though i know i won't be levelling as "optimal" compared to if i were to equip stat/damage giving headgears...
