Suggestions (Cast delay items)

I'm a relatively??new Ragnarok player and thus I am mostly unfamiliar with the high-end equipment especially the heRO custom items.

I would like to ask for suggestions on items that can reduce after-cast delay and, if possible, an estimate of the current market price and source (such as quest or monster) of the item.

For our server specific items i'd suggest looking around here

For items in general (however there is a chance we might not have those implanted, there for the wiki is still the best place to look (the first link) here (was trying to give you a link for aftercast items however the forums do not like [ ] in links xD
