Similar problem even with full installers

Try disablind sound in setup.exe, I've seen one case where this was the problem before.

Try to remove the BGM\07.mp3 files. Else replace other into it or download from any other website of the song that corrupt

ruawake2u try rebooting your computer, then check if you have enough space on your harddrive, then try the installer again. If that doesn't work you can always download it again (either same or the one with no bgm).
